We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mails, although we will do my best to ensure that items are properly-wrapped. We also believe in providing quality customer service, so simply send back to us the damaged piece, and we will fix it back to the best of our ability.
This service is provided whether it was damaged through post, faulty parts, or any careless accident/mishap except for items worn out due to long-term wear and tear :)
